This wine has a rich, textural palate with flavours of raspberry & strawberry jam, stewed cherries with just a touch of black pepper and dried herb at the end. A delightful wine with a wonderful length and palate.

Our 2019 Shiraz was hand picket, basket pressed and allowed to ferment using wild yeasts and minimal intervention. Brilliantly intense ruby hues precede a tantalising bouquet of strawberries, blackcurrant, ripe plum and black pepper & spice.
