In short: we guarantee your 100% enjoyment of using our service, so if you’re at all unhappy with your purchase, give us a call or email us and we’ll do our best to sort it out.

The SA Tasting Centre Enjoyment Guarantee

We want every customer of the SA Tasting Centre to enjoy their purchases and of course to continue to keep coming back for more. Supporting South Australian producers is an honour for us and so it is to support those customers that also choose to support them.
We only sell the products we love ourselves, so WE think the products are fantastic, but everyone has their own tastes. So if you’re not happy with your order and it’s been less than 30 days since delivery, let us know. If you’ve opened less than 10% of your items we can organise pickup and give you a full credit or refund — your choice. If you’ve opened more than 10%, just contact us and we’ll figure something out.
In any case, if you get something that you’re not thrilled with, please contact us. We really do want you to be 100% happy. In fact, we guarantee it.

 

I want to return my purchase, what do I do?

Once you get in touch, there are two options available to you:
You can drop it off at your local Post Office or Parcel Locker or,
*One of our friendly drivers can come and pick it up from you
Whichever you choose, it’s completely free! Just contact us, and we’ll organise it for you.
If you don’t have the original box, don’t worry, any box that fits the product from THAT order will do. To help out our lovely drivers, we do ask that you ensure the box is in good condition, with only the unopened products from that order inside, securely taped up, and free from any dangerous materials, such as broken glass.

 

*In most cases a driver can collect it from you, there are some regional/rural areas we won’t be able to send a driver to so you’ll have to drop it at your nearest post office.

 

When will my refund be processed?

Once your order has been collected, just let us know and we can issue your credit or refund straight away. It can take a little while for your order to travel all the way back to our SA producers’ warehouse, and we don’t want you to have to wait that long. So always best to let us know as soon as the driver collects it.
Please keep in mind that if you benefited from a discount or reward that was only applied due to the purchase of the order you’re returning (for example, free delivery), this discount or reward will be forfeited in the refund. Fair’s fair, after all.
The same rules apply to Tasting Club members. You’re very welcome to return an order if you’ve opened 10% or less of the items. Unsure? Drop us a line and we’ll be happy to help.

 

How do I change or cancel an order?

If you’ve ordered using the ‘One-Click Checkout’ but change your mind straight away, there is an option to cancel and refund immediately.
If you don’t get to it immediately, just contact us and we’ll take care of it for you. Given we want to catch this as soon as we can, it’s best to call so that we can get onto it quickly.
